SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Your Service

Orders are all packaged in beautiful Grace and May packaging.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Local deliveries can be collected from my studio in Ross-on-Wye.

International delivery is available. Please contact me for details.

The jewellery is specially handcrafted for you when you order so please allow up to 10 days for dispatch.

If you are in a hurry for your order please contact me as I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

A Few Short Steps

I hope you are really happy with your jewellery.
If for any reason there is a problem please do contact me to resolve it by email

For hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
Any other unworn jewellery should be returned to me within 14 days, unworn and in original packaging. Please include a note with your reason for return.
Please note that I am unable to refund postage costs.
I recommend that you use a recorded delivery with adequate insurance for your item.
