For hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings. Any other unworn jewellery should be returned to me within 14 days, unworn and in original packaging. Please include a note with your reason for return.

Please note that I am unable to refund postage costs. I recommend that you use a recorded delivery with adequate insurance for your item.
Orders are all packaged in beautiful Grace and May packaging.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at a cost of £4.50.

Local deliveries can be collected from my studio in Ross-on-Wye.

International delivery is available. Please contact me for details.
